Over the weekend, students are engaged in a variety of activities and are around different people. The students in your class might start the day on Monday with positive or negative feelings about their weekend.
This template assists you in reconnecting with your students every Monday morning by giving them a platform to express what they are excited or worried about while also giving them a chance to discover and express how they can behave and learn to the best of their ability during the coming week. After the children write these feelings down on a sticky note and post it on the template, you can lead a conversation during morning meeting with your students about the topics that are expressed.
A Teacher Guide will offer you valuable information about how to implement this tool and the Common Core standards that align with this tool. You can download and print the Graphic Template and Teacher Guide immediately after purchase. Please refer to the License Information that is also available for download after purchase. We suggest projecting the document on to the board at the front of the room during use.
You may PURCHASE PRINTS of this template from the IdeaConnect store! They will be printed and delivered to you on large paper (this is suggested if you would like the students to use this template in groups).
