This 5 day training activates deeper levels of Facilitation Mastery to build your experience and confidence facilitating multifunctional and diverse teams through the LearningConnect process.   

You will integrate and apply your learning by designing and facilitating LearningConnect Stages 5-7 :: Analysis & Synthesis, Sharing & Building, and Action Planning.

Prerequisite: Registration is open only to those who have been previously trained in LearningConnect® by Ah Ha! and IdeaConnect and have experience designing and facilitating sessions.

    I learned there is no “RIGHT” way to do or facilitate stuff but there ARE multiple great ways. What I appreciated about this training is that is was a safe space and supportive group to experiment and learn with. Now I’m starting a whole new career as a brilliant facilitative leader!

    This is the most holistic facilitation training you can get. I regained awareness of the power of people and now have the skills and tools needed to facilitate people’s energy to achieve a greater outcome ... all while gaining increased confidence of my own facilitation.

    I have new tools and techniques that I can use tomorrow!

    I found it valuable that we took a deep dive into key elements that are critical for facilitative leadership. I wish to give myself time to reflect on all the wonderful things I’ve learned so that I can integrate it.

    I appreciated most our shared stories of what worked and didn’t work, and current best practices for facilitating LearningConnect.

    I’ll use what I’ve learned in upcoming workshops and consumer research.

    By really digging deep into Analysis I am better equipped to make connections and think holistically about projects.

    This training touched me both professionally and personally.....I love the overlay of the elemental forces over the team performance and facilitation techniques.

    Now, I’m setting personal intention to more powerfully impact my team’s performance! I also have some tools for strategically thinking about my projects!

    What I appreciated most about this training is the group size, practice sessions and diverse backgrounds of participants. I’m taking away an understanding of the 4 elemental forces of creation - integration of wholeness.

    I will use KnowledgeConnects with technology platform teams, am growing in facilitative leadership and will use the team performance model to support my organizational impact.
