    I had participated in several LearningConnect projects already, so I was really curious to see which new information the training would be able to give me. Now that I have completed the training, I am so happy I did it, it was wonderful!! It added so much background, depth and richness to what I knew before.

    Transformational. A word I don’t bandy about but in the case of LearningConnect, dead-on accurate. Their LearningConnect process for conducting qualitative market research takes the old model of focus groups and turns it inside out. This process builds the team, is driven by clarity of outcomes and engages the consumer in a way that the quality of the information is deep and rich and juicy. Client team members said ‘we will never do focus groups the old way again.

    The most valuable experience I’m taking away is the way we reported out after practices. We shared positive, only positive -- noticed, appreciation or learned. This was huge for me, I’m always looking to criticize myself but this really changes my way of thinking.

    I’m not just a facilitator, I’m a facilitative leader and will grow my skills to change people’s lives.

    I appreciated how much I learned about myself, the trainers made me feel important, answered every question and were able to apply teaching for my potential applications.

    I am already sharing my ideas with some committee members at my church and they are thrilled. This is only the beginning!

    I will also share VISUAL THINKING with others, so much fun!

    Amazing Experience, THANK YOU!!! I learned how critical “the process” is, all 7 steps. Going slow to go fast and spending the time with the team up front to clearly understand all of the questions, allowing everyone to be heard and feel a sense of ownership.

    I appreciated the facilitation tips and tricks from Lynette and Susannah, they were invaluable and all based on real project experiences, THANK YOU!

    I can see leveraging LearningConnect in place of traditional focus groups, getting my clients’ teams out of the back rooms and truly immersing themselves deeper in consumers' lives. I will be sharing with others the importance of following the entire process and ensuring there is ample time for analysis built in.
